Q: Do you require a deposit for bookings?

A: Yes. All Booked Sessions Require a non-refundable deposit that goes towards total cost of the session. For Music Recording it is $60, for Post Production it is 50% of the project total.

Q: When do I get my files?

A: For Recording/Mixing/Mastering Sessions it is once final payment is completed. For Post Production projects it depends on what was discussed in the initial contract.

Q: How do I get my files?

A: We send files via DropBox or WeTransfer.

Q: Do you keep backup copies of clients projects?

A: This depends on the project/client/contract. We have the ability to keep a local backup for most clients for 1 year, if they request, but we do not offer this service automatically.

Q: Should I bring a USB Thumb Drive or SSD with me?

A: Yes! Please bring storage media with you to get a copy of your files.

Q: What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?

A:

For regular recording sessions: If you give more than 4 days notice on needing to reschedule a session your deposit will transfer over to the new date once. If you need to cancel a session the deposit is not refunded. Same day bookings deposits are not refundable and not transferrable.

For Post Production projects: that will be determined in the initial contract.
